How it works

Thermilate insulating technology quite simply creates a thermal barrier which block heat once the paint, coating or plaster has aplied.

So properties in hot climates save cooling’s energy and save money on air–conditioning bills ( 25 to 35%%) when exterior walls and roofs are coated with thermilate (thermo–isolating) paints, because less heat passes through these surfaces into the buildings insides.

Conversely, properties in cool climates save energy and save money on heating bills when interior walls and ceilings are painted with thermilate paints because heat loss is reduced by up to 27% when coated with thermilate & thermoisolating paints.
